As Site Access Controller you will be responsible for the controlling of vehicle access/egress for the Damastown site and the continuous monitoring of activities on site ensuring site rules are always being followed.

We are currently recruiting for a Site Access Controller on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work as part of a skilled Site Operations team and will be responsible for the controlling of vehicle access/egress for the Damastown site and the continuous monitoring of activities on site ensuring site rules are always being followed.

The Site operations department operates a rotating shift pattern 7 Days a week, 365 Days a year. Flexibility will be required to cover all potential shift patterns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow and adhere to all applicable company procedures/policies/processes.
  • Carry out and complete all tasks as per training and procedure.
  • Follow all reasonable instructions issued by supervisors or management.
  • Control movement of vehicles and people on and off the operating site, ensuring access protocols and site rules are always followed.
  • Direct inbound traffic to appropriate areas and communicate movements to the relevant area managers.
  • Complete all Goods in and Goods out steps as per training and procedure ensuring all quality and information checks are carried out and recorded.
  • Complete all relevant documentation in full, clearly, and accurately.
  • Complete and record daily/weekly/monthly checks.
  • Be proficient in the use of all systems applicable to this role.
  • Monitor contractors and their areas of work while on site.
  • Assist and support the induction and training of Site Ops staff with a focus on attitude and culture.
  • Contribute towards a positive work environment in line with the company’s values and culture.
  • Work with and support other operations departments as and when required.
  • Actively contribute towards maintaining the safety and housekeeping standards of the operational areas ensuring the facility is always in an audit ready state.
