As HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and initiatives as well as day to day HR activities.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 6 month contract basis. This role will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and initiatives as well as day to day HR activities including attracting top talent, supporting the HR function, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and providing administrative support to the HR department. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Additionally, the HR Administrator will assist with various HR tasks, including on boarding, employee record management, and HR policy compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Administration support to all areas of HR including talent acquisition, reward & recognition, performance management, employee engagement & relations and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition: advertising vacant positions on recruitment platforms and social media, working with designated recruitment companies, ensuring a shortlist of applications is sent to hiring managers in a timely manner, managing the interview process and engaging with all candidates pre and post interview.
  • Organize the on-boarding & induction of new employees including preemployment checks, references, induction and monitoring & documenting staff probationary periods.
  • Support HRBP with various administrative task including note taking, scheduling meetings, documentation updates, HR content creation and support of employee engagement activities.
  • Maintaining personnel records, updating our internal HR database and issuing HR documentation in a timely manner
  • Ensuring employee files and records are up to date and fully compliant.
  • Updating various HR trackers and running reports on TMS system as required. Management of the HR System.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law practices and assisting with internal GDPR project work.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, including logistics and scheduling and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time by your Manager.

On occasion there may be requirements for administrative supports outside of HR function.

Competencies:

  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR administration, or similar roles is a plus. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is preferred.
  • Human Resources qualification preferred. HR qualification or similar – minimum level 7
  • Strong administration skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task. Experience of managing personal data
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders at various levels
  • MS office proficiency – word, outlook, excel, powerpoint.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving busy work environment
